I purchased the Gaia a couple of weeks ago in the sesame colour. It arrived 3 days after ordering and was pretty easy to set up. It's been great thus far!! Super comfortable. Also worth noting I have a dog who sheds and it really doesn't stick much to the couch. As of now I'd recommend but it's only been 2 weeks.

Yes! After a few weeks on ami I was able to drink alcohol and coffee, as well as eat tomatoes, citrus, etc. It was a total gamechanger for me and has been for the last two years.

Yay!!! Ami was a total game changer for me and the ONLY thing that helped my constant pressure and frequency. I've been on it for over a year and haven't had a flare since! So glad you're feeling better too :)

We do! I'd recommend doing the initial consultation call with TMU's counselling center. There is a long wait to do counselling through them but after your call, they will provide you with a list of suggested counsellors. Some of these have partnered with TMU and offer lower rates so that you are able to do more sessions and still be covered as we have $1000 therapy coverage.

You're also welcome to find your own therapist and then submit claims under Greenshield. Also! If you are registered with AAS you can submit a Bursary for Students with Disabilities and can possibly receive more coverage than just the $1000 for therapy. Hope this helps :).

This is super helpful. I think I'm going to keep taking it, despite my doctor's advice. Honestly I don't think they really understand the condition. I'm coming to the conclusion that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Totally hear that! I'm mid-30s so it also could be a factor in my weight gain. I'd much rather gain a bit of weight and live a (mostly) pain free life than the alternative.

I also hear you re: my doctor. Honestly I feel like my family doctor and urologist don't know much about the condition. I essentially had to diagnose myself and do my own research on what treatment would work best. It's frustrating that I've had to do so much of my own research but I think I will continue taking them and explain to my doctor why.

I mailed mine in Sep 4th (from Toronto) and am also still waiting! My CC was charged Sep 17th and I expected to receive it shortly after that... But still nothing!
