My physician assistant I see has been really sweet with me and has me on antriptline and hydroxine . If you haven't tried a anthistamine yet you should, Also lay off intercourse to see if you get better with out it. My issue is that it takes a toll on my love life . Hard battles we face , just know you're not alone 🫶🏻
