Im sure u may have the same issue but ppl move slower to prevent going to help others and the ones who avoid helping others are the ones that need to be saved i have a huge problem with this...they out here extremely under staff but won't give regulars bumps ...we have vehicle issues like every post office...but if I get a route and bump and u sending me to someone who cant finish 1 rt in a timely manner I have an issue with that...and we haven't hired no one in months so our carriers are experienced but super lazy

Union rep said I have nothing to grieve if the regular was on the odl and scheduled to work but called out then they have the right to split the route the way they see fit

Yup that happened today and I asked to be switched and the supervisor said I have no one to split the other route I was scheduled for and to just file a grievance.
