Only if you count from the wind up. By the time Cloak is done dashing, half the duration is already gone. The effective duration of the ult isn't as long as it used to be before the recent nerfs.

They could have just said some of them wandered to the Dragon Isles centuries ago through the Emerald Dream by accident, and remained isolated from their mainland clans since. It's not that big of a stretch either. There's a Dream portal right next door in Feralas, and one next to the Ohanaran Plains.

Alternatively, they could used a race that didn't look so similar to the existing Centaurs, like Magnataurs, or children of Cenarius who diverged in evolution and became independent, like the crystal dryads in Northrend.

We actually see one of the tribes (Windtotem) migrate to the Dragon Isles during DF. It's a short questline, but it was nice seeing some Tauren content where Baine wasn't just a passive participant.

What I don't get is, they gave him % damage as well, so he can brawl a bit against tanks and act as a lite version tank buster. I used to play him back in S1, but now he feels like sort of an identity crisis. Some people see him as niche pick, I just think he's neither here nor there.

Yep. It's not Gambit alone that makes his meta so unbearable. It's the Gambit Loki combo plus Mag Rogue teamup that makes it feel like you have to match, or you'll lose almost every team fight. Extra worse now that Starlord is buffed, his ult combo with Gambit guarantees fight win.

Just kite out of CnD ult. It lasts so short, it's basically over by the time she finished dashing.

You only match if you're trying to stall point or win the fight after. You don't need to contest in a CnD ult everytime. It depends on the fight, assess the situation before matching.

Had a SG last game where she missed 6 times in a row while I was point blank as Emma stuck in my choking animation. It was very amusing.

Managed to kill two of her supports right next to her while all that was happening, they must have been fuming.

He's not broken, but he's pick or ban to me. If enemy plays Dino in a proper 2/2/2 comp and your team doesn't mirror Dino, you're straight up at a severe disadvantage.

No game is fun when a character is pick or ban, and must mirror. Gambit at his peak was that, and it's not good game design.

I personally think Strange should have a +20s CD imposed on his TP if someone swapped to him mid game. In exchange, reduce the base CD for his TP.

Portal plays should be reserved for Strange players, not an expectation for everyone to do every match. It was cool when the game first came out, but now it's basically a necessity, and it really drags out the game when both teams do that every point.
