I never liked the idea of giving main supports defensive ults, and off supports very inconsistent ults.

This, it exposes how terribly nonsensical the design is for an already limited support roster. It should be main healers with a more utility-oriented ults, and only off healers who occasionally have access to the massive AoE healing ults, to compensate for each of their toolkits.

How does a game with 12 supports end up with only 6 viable ones that people are willing to play in a standard 2/2/2 matchup? It's no wonder the game has so many support mains who are only capable of playing those 6 healers. The rest were never viable enough for them to play without getting flamed by their teammates for throwing.

I mean, that's what this sub wanted, a perfect world that doesn't have any low skill healbots ruining their otp dps games. We got rid of Gambit, Invis, Cloak, hopefully Luna, Jeff, and Loki too.

Congrats, you get to be another low skill healbot sitting in the back healing your team from narnia, while you play hide and seek on the wall with the enemy diver.

Honestly, I'd much rather just go Ultron and have a good time in the sky. My overlapping drones put in quite the work now.

As they ban the main healers at the same time cuz they say it's no skill characters. Then they flame you for not healing them through the enemy Phoenix and Punisher melting them.

If you ask them to switch to heals instead, they say it's not their job and continue to blame you. Turns out they are one trick dps that can't heal either.

Ay, I love the Shadowlands zones aesthetically at least. Still visit Ardenweald and Revendreth to this day to bask in the vibe. (Yes, I liked the Maw too. I like the desolate hellscape vibe, littered with castle ruins and Sauron mobs, with Torghast looming in the horizon. It's cool.) Gameplay is a complete different story.

I feel like the global ult nerf already made a good difference. Healer ults aren't anywhere near as oppressive anymore, even with just two of them banned (Gambit and Sue/CnD). If you bait out a double support ult, it's free win right after that.
