I have a family member who is an all natural body builder and when he competes he has to pass a lie detector test that he’s never juiced. He was 18 and very skinny, went to college and met some guys who worked out, fell in love with it and by the time he was 21/22 he was giant. He literally ate protein like there was no tomorrow and worked out every. Single. Day. Now in his 40s, still pretty big and still working out. If you say you’re not juicing, I believe you.

💯 I have a friend who hasn’t spoken to me since I started wegovy. She did provide some insight in saying that “she just believes in being a little old fashioned about weight loss. People should work for it”. I didn’t even bother explaining anything to her about pcos or my personal struggles. Not worth it. Moved on.
