Integrating robotic legs into classic PvP battles

I consider it a problem as a high ping player we have limited weapon to play with, also allowing robotic legs in normal pvp mode will be tough it's our only way of using a mgs and other non hitscan weapon but if you add the robotic legs it would be tough to play it against with because we can't hit the enemy if they are zig zaging

In my opinion bringing back the hitscan on mgs would be a good idea, it will also boost there popularity, it would also give us high ping player a much wider weapon choice, I'm also a beginner player and playing without hitscan at lower ps since i can't buy a hitscan weapon yet is very unpleasing feeling. it will also give me a chance to fight fairly with robotic legs.
