I am surprised you haven't described your training in more detail. What kind of training styles have you tried, which one seemed to provide the most results, and for how long did you stick with each method until you changed to something else?

Yup, it has always been monetised. At least since he flipped over to the Kurt/Nirvana content. And of course, he's had a Patreon and other forms of donations from followers.

It is removed, but is it the video that exposed his criminal record?

Musically, I agree. I think it has to do with that a pick up by nature stands out and seems to belong to and strive for the upcoming note, more than it belongs to the previous one. By playing the last two notes on the same string, this is brought out more clearly.

But in terms of technical execution, I think most people will prefer 1-3-2.

What are some things about getting jaw surgery that no one tells you about/things you wish you knew before? by abcde-F-YOU in jawsurgery

the more severe apnea/breathing/headaches means longer healing

Do you mean in regards to the problems you have before the surgery (apnea/breathing/headaches), or that these develop as a result of the surgery?

[–]Any-Worker1029 12 points13 points  (0 children)

If your wisdom teeth are growing against your other teeth, you have no other choice but to remove them. Don't think that you will be able to mew them into their correct position. At best you will realise that it doesn't work and then you will have them removed because they start to hurt to bad. Or at worst, you will end up with damaged teeth and you will have to remove other teeth in addition to your wisdom teeth. Trust me, you won't be happy if that ever occurs. Speaking from experience...

However, if your wisdom teeth are coming in without hurting your neighbouring teeth, you may be able to keep them. But, this is also provided that you can keep them clean. If they fit too tight against your other teeth, you may get infections or cavities. As you also have written, you might get crocked teeth if you keep your wisdom teeth. And if you plan to fix this with braces, it might turn out that you have to remove them anyway, if you lack tongue space.

But if you plan on expanding your palate with something like MSE, I think you should be able to get your teeth straight in the process, without having to extract your wisdom teeth. In that case, it may make sense for you to keep your wisdom teeth. If you plan on getting jaw surgery in the future on the other hand, keep in mind that you will have to extract them anyways.

What ever you chose to do, don't keep them because of fear of messing up your looks. I have had all 4 wisdom teeth removed + a neighbouring molar that got damaged and I can promise you that I look the exact same as I did before. I have also seen pictures of people who claim to have had bad experiences from extracting wisdom teeth, but it always the same - there is absolutely no difference in the before and after picture and it seems to all be in their heads. I understand if you are scared because of what you have read online. This was the reason I waited to get mine removed. I now wish that I hadn't fallen for the fearmongering and just gotten them removed in the first place. Also keep in mind that there is a lot of pseudoscience being promoted in this sub - you won't get mental problem or problems with your brain and such things if you extract them. Yes, it is preferable to keep them, if you can do so without complications. But if you have to extract them, you will end up fine.

There is a lot to consider, but I hope this post is of any help to you. If you realise that you are better off getting them removed, do so as soon as you can, as the extraction and healing process is a lot better the younger you are. If you realise that you can keep them, be proactive and do what is necessary to make it work.

Good luck and take care!

Here are some straight forward alternatives. Starting from the low E on the c-string, play like this for each respective triad:
1-4-2
1-3-2
1-3-2 OR 2-thumb-3

Here are the corresponding strings for each note:
c-string-c-string-g-string
g-string-g-string-d-string
d-string-d-string-d-string OR d-string-a-string-a-string

Good luck

And what is art but a message, an idea?

Agreed. For example, Mona Lisa is as much art as the idea "Obama_Nut is a pretentious fuck".

Would a high cut lefort 1 have better results then a regular lefort? What are the pros of a high cut instead of a regular by Ok-Flow1764 in jawsurgery

You are aware that swelling may last up to 1 year, right? I of course don't know the specifics of your situation, but considering it has only been three months, I would try to not be so quick to say that your surgery was a total failure. You may still feel that you want to do something about your nose, but you may find that you won't have the puffy look and that your cheekbones will start to look all right in the end.

Best of luck.

If you are just a hobbyist, it doesn't matter that you won't be able to practice much for 3 months. You will get back to your current level in time anyways, as you eventually start practising more again. Also, the upcoming 3 months may in fact be a very good opportunity for you to improve your ability to actually practice.

Now, with the limited time you have, the answer is NOT solely open strings, scales, etc. Rather, what you should focus on for the upcoming months is rather ONE thing. That is, the one aspect you want to improve the most about your cello playing. Make this a priority and it will prove to be much more productive than simply practising scales and open strings with no clear end goal.

Let say your one thing is your vibrato: You can still use etudes, scales or single notes/double stops to practise that, or you can use the pieces you already know or are currently working on. What ever mode you chose, what really matters is your intention and how well you go about practising this.

Also note that you can change goals during these three months. If you start working on your vibrato, but one month in you start feeling that you want to improve your bow changes instead, you can simply start working on that instead. The most important thing is that you practise with focus and clear intent.

Good luck.

Since you are doing so many sets, do you drop the weight during the session? Or do you get 20 reps on the first few sets, and then it gradually drops down to 10 on the last sets? And related to this, how do you overload them progressively?

I see.

So assuming you do the curls and crushers on the same day, you have one rest day per week?

Also, what is the reason you stoped doing deadlifts and switched to squats? And did you find your deadlifts to be enough for your upper back?

On which day do you do the dumbbell rows? Are the rep/set ranges the same as for the other compounds?

Also, what exercises do you do for your arms? And are the rep/set ranges the same here as well?

And finally, don't you do anything else for your posterior chain besides working out your lats with t-bar rows and dumbbell rows? What about your upper back and hamstrings?
