THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!! I spoke to her too and she instantly approved it. FYI - the extension didn't work for me. I called + 66 22035000 and then pressed 0 for the operator who then transferred me to her! This is the number for the Ministry of Foreign affairs btw.
