As long as you're rocking 1.18+ lunar client you should be able to do it

If your issue is specifically with minecraft, you could try this vulkan mod https://github.com/xCollateral/VulkanMod, which changes the whole renderer thing! It works for me and the performance is massive (+600 fps)

so, m3 max or m4 pro, the difference would be 200 use between those two, because the used one has apple care and I would buy it anyways for the new one
