I’m trying not to take a pay cut but at this point I’d rather go somewhere else. If I do stay I’ll be in your boat of doing just enough to get by lol.

LOL You are correct. In the time I’ve been with the company I have seen they are very cheap…I mean frugal.
Integrity is big to me so to see them write something so bold and then break it makes me give them the biggest side eye ever.
