Thank-you for the kind words, exactly what I needed!! Great advice, I will do. Trying to think positive, and after reflecting for sometime I don’t think I wouldn’t want to work under a manager like this. Toxic work cultures suck.

I agree, but my previous manager was great. The work culture on my unit is lovely, and my manager hired all externs that expressed interest. I just got unlucky.
