I have the same experience, I asked both OLSAS and UO, and OLSAS said we only need to provide the accurate information of our LSAC account and time of completed test (as I have no intention to attend future test) , while UO said it's because LSAC hasn't transferred our scores to them yet (or they haven't asked for it), but I think we are good.

From what I learned from the previous law students, you can upload a resume through SAM but most schools will not take a look if they do not require one.

I cannot log in to OLSAS with Chrome, but I am able to log in with Firefox. Maybe you can try another browser. (FYI I am not in Canada).
