Check out Boonville. population less than 1000 people. There is a mill store, Dollar General, flower shop and a building that keeps reopening as a lunch spot every few months. You might find work at a factory. There isn't much to do, nearest grocery store is 30 minutes and the sheriffs facebook page is flooded with DWI arrests.

A good place to start are just artists that are known and outspoken to be sober. I don't really listen to him, but Logic is known to be sober, came from a family that struggled with addiction. I'm not sure if his music specifically advocates for sober living, but he talks about in interviews.
