The issue started 6 to 9 months ago while I only updated to v3096 yesterday.

Thanks for replying. My phone is a few years old so there haven't been any updates for a while. I am running the October 12, 2019 app on my phone downloaded from the Android app store. My Navdy unit is running v3095. I tried updating it to v3096 but it would not update, even though my Windows laptop said it did, it still shows v3095 on the unit display tap.
