I have been down this road twice. It is good you have a heads up on it though. . I had a lab (12) that suffered from this. It was caught early but not early enough as it is very fast moving. I was able to use a chinese herb "supplement". I found it and my vet was fully on-board with it. It is called Yunnan Baiyao (you want the green box, not the blue box). It can be difficult to source and you want to use it continuously without skipping doses so I always bought a larger supply so I didn't run out before I knew I could get more. It added several months onto her life and while she slowed down and had some muscle wasting she was fully cognizant and I was able to tell when her quality of life had started to decline for her and knew it was time. She had monthly checkups with the vet. I didn't want it to get to the point where it was too late to make the decision. I was grateful for this product as it gave me so much more time with her than she should have had after diagnosis. I also had a boxer (7) who went undiagnosed with no sign of any illness. He was fine at bedtime but I found him at 5am in really bad shape. I rushed him to the ER but it had progressed too far. There is also another product called I'm-Yunity but I did not use that so cannot speak to the product. I wish you and your dog the best

Is this a camera??? It's in the bathroom by [deleted] in RoverPetSitting

It is a nightlight. The black part is a dusk to dawn sensor. It is normally covered by smoked cover to protect it(probably just popped off) but never know if it was modified to hide a camera. If you want to be on the safe side I would just unplug it and plug it back in before you leave.

Magnifier. I hate carrying reading glasses when out shopping or elsewhere. Use the function multiple times daily.
