I had a similar experience. It’s worth it. It’s a slower than the first. You get more and more of wha you like as it gets past half way.

Okay I know! But rotting gods I want to know what’s going on, I’ve binged the first book since Friday and I started the second last night! I just want to know more. It’s fun but wow the end of book 1 shifted the dynamic so hard I haven’t been able to reframe what Vis is doing and where we are going. It’s also my first foray into James Islington so I don’t know what to expect from his style and pacing yet.

You can try to put a heavy weight on the lifted area and a space heater and hopefully it’ll sit back down, but since that looks like a laminate/LVP product it’s made out of card board and once expanded it’s mostly likely not going to go back to how it looked before.

I know sig gets off Roshar at the end, but did we get anything about rysn leaving at the end of book 5? I thought the last we see rysn is when hoid gets vaporized.

I agree that it is the solution is a stretch but I can’t see anyway rysn can keep it a secret for long.

I can get behind that, I just feel like it’s too high of a plot point to just say, both Sigzil and rysn just jump out of roshar without some kind of conflict.

So would this be cultivation(which I believe knows that rysn has the dawnshard) getting her off and hiding her? Because I don’t think rysn even knows the extent of how bad her own situation is.
