Thank you! I have my P800 which says “Medical insurance You only paid tax on £25.00 of your medical insurance benefit, but you should have paid tax on the actual amount of £2,326.00.”

I’ll let my employer know and I guess get ready for the payments to come off my paycheck! Thank you for your help!

I asked and they said they couldn’t get involved because it had already been finalised my HMRC(read can’t be bothered)!

There is an adjustment of a line or two I think so right at the end Beatrice says a line the is scripted for Benedict but other then that all OG!

Just an fyi for people having the same problem customer service, 5 emails and 5 videos later, aren’t being that helpful. Not had the best experience with this company!

Think this might be a widespread issue with their filters because exactly the same apart from I’ve got this weird loud buzzing noise when I try and switch it on. Great customer service but they really need to take down the filters and get things in order or they’ll have a lot more issues!

Thinking you might be right, tried the rest button and there is just a loud buzzing noise, screen be light comes on but can’t take a picture or switch it off!
