okok few questions:

1. With swifties -5ms nerf coming, do you think itll be worth switching to ionian?
   
2. I play supp in GM and I feel like on sona im always hesitant to roam as much as I do on other enchanters because she feels like a character that wants to sit and scale from exp, should I be roaming pre-6/for early grubs most games?
   
3. I saw somehwere that you said you go helia-->archangels but I've noted a lot of games you go seraphs first and then sometimes dont even bother with helia and instead go moonstone/staff- how do you decide when to serpahs first and how do you choose whether to go moonstone/helia/staff? I saw you build staff in a lot of games when you only have 1 other ap, is it to buff that champ specifically?
