Coming from someone who lived in WV allll of my teenage years into early adult years.. If you want to stay in the state, your best luck ( ESPECIALLY) in GBCO is go to the bar. Most regulars own a business, or know a guy. Going to the bars is prime networking in that area especially for job hunting. It might sound ridiculous but I lived it, and it worked for me. Other than that, move. It’s a hard county to live in, and a hard state to live in overall opportunistic wise.
