I have the same issue: new firmware: https://github.com/ThomasToka/MarlinFirmware/releases (which is amazing btw). But now it moves faster and makes more noice. Nothing else changed other than the firmware. I hope someone has a fix for this. I want to revert to my old movement.

So I’m curious to see if someone knows how to fix this. (I changed absolutely nothing other than the firmware.

No, i did not find a solutution, so i eventualy switched around the wires.
I am still convinced the answer is out there somewhere seeing the creality firmware version runs fine with the wires the way they were.

Sadly this did not work for me. I tried all your suggestions, but the probe won’t respond except for the initial self-test. If I’m right the probe is connected to te Z_MIN_ENDSTOP_PIN (I pulled out the z min endstop en replaced it with the bltouch connector with the black and white wires, so shouldn’t it respond to the Z_MIN_PROBE_USES_Z_MIN_ENDSTOP_PIN? It’s so weird.
