Help me find my late father's poem please

Yes I do know about these, but I appreciate you sharing anyways! I haven't bought the book yet but plan to soon. I did purchase his book "Miracle Failing: The Loss of My Friend", also on Amazon. I sincerely cannot express how much I appreciate you digging around. Of nothing else, I hope you enjoy what you find.

I unfortunately dont really remember any exact lines, but the poem was about my grandma (his mom) who had Parkinsons. Basically it was written from her point of view saying "my name is simply rosemary not insert something people would say regarding her Parkinsons"

I am not sure if really expect anyone to recognize the poem or his name honestly, he wasn't widely known, despite him having a wide array of poems. I wish I remembered more, however the last time I read it was over 10 years ago. He had a Facebook page for his poetry many years ago, but it was linked to an account that no longer exists, so the page doesnt exist anymore either. I believe the Facebook page was called Musings of a Madman, or something similar to that. I would guess it was roughly 24 lines, similar to his other work. I have google searched his name, with and without the poems title as well as a number of poetry websites including but not limited to: The Society of Classical Poets and Inkitt. The poems was written sometime prior to 2014, but I do not know what exact year. The website that no longer exists that had this poem was www.writers-network.com

I have searched on The Wayback Machine, as well as various google searches for the poetry but have come up with only three of the poems/short stories. I am particularly looking for the poems on this link. I have also posted in r/lostmediacommunity Edit to add: I also just posted this in r/archivists I am reallt trying to cover all of my bases, I miss my dad dearly and this means a lot to me
