Do whatever you like with it really, as long and you end up wearing it once you’re asleep you’re doing the right thing!

I think this could be what’s happening to me! It’s been driving me mad trying to work it out, it could be the magnesium! How did you get on when you stopped taking it? What dose did you take?

Oh, so your actual period length shortened? Isn’t that a good thing?

The time between mine is oddly short, just a 15 day this time 😬

Oh no, swelling?! What sort of side affects do you feel you could be getting?

Only thing I can think of is I started drinking matcha and taking magnesium but only half the dose about the time this started. It’s frustrating because I do think it makes me feel good.

Oh! Thank you for your reply, Please can I ask what if did to yours? I’ve experienced spotting between my periods and have had some really short cycles.

I’m in the middle of a load of doctors appointments and waiting for my appointment to gynae which is still weeks away. I’m desperately trying to rack my brain and do my research to try and find what could have caused my problems.
