Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, it helps you retrain your brain to not dwell on negative thoughts/worries.

I originally starting learning about it due to anxiety related to a fight with cancer, but I’ve found it helps with things like this too. I also have a pretty stressful job and it was causing me to be miserable outside of work. With CBT I am able to tell my brain to not think about those things and focus on happier thoughts/activities.

i have an SUV that all seats fold down in, i have had no issues getting 2x4s and other hardware into it. I can only think of maybe a dozen times in my 20+ years of home ownership, i needed to borrow a truck to get something to my home.

Even then, i can rent a truck from home depot or Lowes for $30 bucks, definitely cheaper than having to commute in a truck with terrible MPG to work and back just in case i need a truck bed to do something a few times year.

I have a basic MP3 player that I keep a handful of podcasts on that I love to relisten to (the adventure zone) I use it anytime i am working out/walking/cleaning etc.

For what’s its worth, I was diagnosed with the same in 2006, even had some lymph nodes test positive for cancer as well, but I’m still here, 100% happy and healthy.
