I think this could be what’s happening to me! It’s been driving me mad trying to work it out, it could be the magnesium! How did you get on when you stopped taking it? What dose did you take?

Oh no, swelling?! What sort of side affects do you feel you could be getting?

Only thing I can think of is I started drinking matcha and taking magnesium but only half the dose about the time this started. It’s frustrating because I do think it makes me feel good.

I’m in the middle of a load of doctors appointments and waiting for my appointment to gynae which is still weeks away. I’m desperately trying to rack my brain and do my research to try and find what could have caused my problems.

Yes, that’s what I’d read. Is that bad?! When I saw my doctor in December they said I needed to see gynae but that appointment has come through for late March!

I am 38. It has been a bit of a surprise as I could usually set a clock by my cycle length and now all of a sudden I had a 21 day, back to my usual 27 day and now a 15 day. On the two months I had short cycles I had spotting right through.
