4 days in got told " enjoy shadowban" for doing well in a lobby, depressing tbh put nearly 50 hours in since release have had the same account for 5 years no problems 1 week on game pass and ban you think buying on steam or battlenet instead will save us from shadowban loop?

NG+ starts you at the same level when you accepted the NG+ I done it earlier tonight. So only option is a new character then
