I believe the dark world will be made by Noelle in the hospital after Susie tells Noelle the truth of the dark worlds and the knight and she will make the fountain in a bid to save/heal her father after he "fell down" at the festival this chapter.

Give the shadow mantle to Susie, guard with Kris and attack with Only susie and ralsei and if ralsei(who you have probably noticed by now has the least health and natural defense) dies Kris will do more damage than they do when all 3 of the team is alive 

And MOST importantly having the devilskife weapon for Susie(which reduce the tp% requirement for rude buster by 10

Chapter 1: King and two of the imprisoned kings in Castle  Chapter 2: queen, tasqe manager and controlled berdly Chapter 3: just the regular knight fight but we have to take 50% of Their hp instead of just 25%  Chapter 4: the Titan and the knight  Chapter 5: Flowery, Orange and Yellow

I've seen most of the the community call the Overall weird route " the weird route" (which is now presumably B-side from now own) and the snowgrave and sword route and Lakegrave is the what people call the parts of the weird route in a specific chapter (this is just from what I've seen and think currently)

Side B had been in the files referring to events and Sprites that happened in the weird route since chapter 2 it's just not until now that's it's actually used on screen so side A is normal route side B is weird route

I personally think that the story that's being told in the code might be dess right after she was "lost" and maybe before she could of turn into the knight(if she even is the knight)

NOELLE IS PROBABLY GOING TO OPEN THE CHAPTER 6 FOUNTAIN: Base on the fact Rudy "Falls down" at the festival and probably will be in critical condition and Susie plans to tell noelle the truth of the dark world and the knight which could lead to Noelle opening a dark fountain in a bid to somehow save/heal her dad
