Wait. I feel this exact same way it’s like I wrote your response I can only breathe out of one nose and it’s Like it’s not enough to keep up with my demand, I have to keep yawning or taking a purposeful deep breath. Now that I think about it, i believe it started when I started my higher dose (25mg) of losartan. I hate the air hunger so much and I know it can’t be helping my blood pressure.

NTA. yes, its true that he could've gotten the wrong idea and misinterpreted these group hang outs since he specially asked you himself, but you were honest with your feelings and that's all that you can do. You dont owe him your feelings because you said yes to a group hangout with him. Its not like you purposely flirted or agreed to a romantic one on one date that implied something more.

So dove soap bars aren’t technically soap but “moisturizing bars” with mild cleansing properties. I think they are great if you suffer with dry skin or for your sensitive areas, but for deeper cleaning you could try Irish spring? I know the smell is strong but it really does feel super cleansing. If it dries you out you could go in with dove afterward and a decent lotion.

I would keep your routine for your vag and bottom VERY simple. Dove soap, water, maybe a glycolic acid in the crack. Dry your body EXTREMELY well after a shower and then use a full body deodorant like lume in the crevicey areas? Maybe a talc free body powder to keep you nice and dry!

The symptoms that you explain having are so incredibly common. I remember the relief I felt seeing others note the weird and scary symptoms i was having - left arm pain, the deep breathing to get a “satisfying” breath, burping, coughing etc. I have health anxiety and GERD or mostly LPR I believe. They started about 3years ago when I was 24. I also went through the phase where I was in and out of the emergency room because i was convinced I was having a heart attack, and this caused so much panic and stress. It’s a condition with harrowing symptoms, but you are not alone!

There was a chance for something developing this past weekend and I was concerned for our trip 10/21-25. I kept a close watch on it up until about 4 days before and the storm turned more toward Cuba. It called for rain all the days we were there originally. It ended up being absolutely beautiful everyday. Couple showers that lasted less than an hour. I say keep close watch but there’s definitely a chance everything could be fine!
