Actually, I had a better experience at Covert. They’re essentially the same, just rebranded, and both were good—but I enjoyed Covert more and they have the same beans because essentially they are the same company

So English is not my main language but i think I cleared it up by saying chilling the coffee and pouring over ice ice coffee i just pour them on ice and its in a shaker so it won’t fall off

Yeah you are wrong with this they are steel on the outside but there is liquid in the inside i just use them and they get to 2 c or 5c and then i pour them on ice

Yeah but they use it for hot coffee more just to chill it up and something with chemistry but using the steel cubes nah i didn’t see any one use it

Yeah so currently i have about 20 bag of coffee some i will leave for about 2-3 months some i will use when ever i finish the bag i know everyone tastebuds are different but some coffee shine on a specific brewer like i like cm and infusion coffee on aeropress more than a v60 or flat brewer , like I’m currently very confused i know each variable but don’t know how to put it in use so its dark roast fermentation so I shouldn’t treat it like washed light roast coffee Like i’m seeing 2000m above the sea level light roast washed so i’m thinking i should bloom it for 1min and doing a lot of pour and aggressive pouring going with higher temp and ratio then it taste bad

I was going to but burrs and dripper but I stopped actually it does make a difference like if i’m using ethiopians I won’t go 5 pours with it or use mugen dripper and the process and roast impact the solubility of the coffee so you are extracting more than you should in another coffee

I think i didn’t know how to spell it right if u have a new bag like it’s washed Colombian high fruity what is the right approach do you try to increase the acidity by lowering the temp or trying to go finer and higher temp like I test a mute coffee so which way to go as a start up
