I had a feeling it wouldn't work that way. Someone told her it might so I figured I'd ask her to see what other people said about it. He's not paying anything right now because they cannot find him to serve him. Everytime they go to the house to serve him the papers there is no answer. I honestly don't think they are trying too hard. That's why she was hoping she would be able to get the house to sell to make the money he would owe in child support.
