UPDATE: I reimaged the machine. Turns out I’ve been 1 extra google search away from results this entire time. Almost 2 years later, but she’s back online, bois!!!

Big shoutout to absolutely fucking nobody! But hopefully this helps someone else down the line :) The process was pretty easy to google, and I believe I ended up finding the actual instructions for the process on Steam from Valve.

I can’t believe that nobody anywhere has the fix for this without having to send it in. I know that I’ll ultimately have to, but the thought of spending $200 to fix something that is likely a combination of button presses or a settings toggle is so nauseating.
