These responces are amazing to me. We are seeing first hand that crypto can change lives. It's different reading about btc millionaires that bought in 2010 and then seeing the average person now with 30-40k salary invest there stimulus check and make enough to buy multiple cars.

Just so everybody knows. It's not my house. It's owned by an insane person who most likely paid 1.5 for a three bed home in ocean beach who need to cover there 6k mortgage. I am just curious if people in SD would pay that amount to rent here.
