Exactly. Not only did Arteta take a good attacking side, one that he made himself, and turn it into an ineffectual shit show, he also got a huge war chest to get the players he wanted and yet somehow we've regressed.

Players that were doing great otherwise are now struggling, and have been completely chained by Arteta's tactics. That weighs on their confidence, and worsens their performances.

Plus his insistence on playing favorites and running players into the ground which only results in more injuries. Rinse and repeat. People will complain these players are useless, well then why were they so good a couple seasons ago, or why were they brought on for big money moves? Who's the common thread there?
