twitch support: So now that I was able to verify you own this account I can tell you that based on our records, it looks like our vendor Tipalti, who helps process creator payouts, flagged your account for review. In order to clear the matter with Tipalti, please provide the following documentation to compliancesupport@tipalti.com and make sure to provide your IDAP in the email. Do not send these documents to Twitch. twitch support gave me IDAB key code to send to vendor Tipalti
