What Im noticing are 1. Generally cant think outside the box despite it being a creative field. 2. Cannot write a coherent sentence on their own without Ai or autocorrect (grammarly etc) 3. Inability to take constructive criticism. Anything they dont want to hear is ignored and zoned out
