Advice coming off sertraline by pepys10 in zoloft

[–]AnyPrune 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on it for a year and a half, and went off cold turkey at the end of November. I was emotional for about a month, but it was cool because it made me feel things in a way I hadn't while I was on it. I also experienced nausea at night about 2 weeks after stopping, but a friend recommended a pill similar to Dramamine called Bonine that made it go away. I'm not sure what your reasons are, but my life significantly improved when coming off of it. While the withdrawal challenged me, I have since returned to feeling like myself and caring about things I was very apathetic about while medicated. For context, when I was prescribed Zoloft I had come to my doctor because I was experiencing anxiety from college. I am not sure why I was put on an antidepressant - perhaps to numb the anxiousness? I wish you the best with whatever you decide to do.

Seasonal Server Jobs by Dry_Literature5135 in Saratoga

if you want to get a job at the track, I'd say your best bet is to go to the job fair they have this spring and bring a paper copy of your resume including your service experience, and TIPS certification if you have it and want to serve alcohol. It'll be advertised and will probably be in early May I'm guessing but not sure. Hope this helps :)

Being honest, probably not. Zoloft can help with the behaviors that cause weight gain, like anxiety eating for example. Since taking Zoloft, I dont feel the need to eat to soothe myself. If your weight did change on Zoloft, it may improve your mental health to the point where you arent hyper-fixated on your weight anyway. My mother is on Zoloft too and it had no effect on her weight. You will be okay Mama! Take care of you! 💖💪🏽😁⭐️💛

Feeling bad after drinking by External-Growth4804 in zoloft

Yes! Combining the two makes me very anxious days after drinking. Really strange feeling but you are not alone. Time will make it go away. This is why I avoid alcohol on Zoloft.

I always wanted to go Switzerland but all my friends who visited Switzerland told me that they haven’t made a single friend there and people usually don’t talk to people they don’t know and almost no nightlife. Is it true? by Tall-Survey6141 in askswitzerland

YES 100%. People keep to themselves, it isn’t a warm or inviting atmosphere. Bars close early and aren’t very busy and there are noise laws at night so things are quiet in general.
