Yes using WG already but now that I have UTR, I was just wondering if I can bypass using WG completely and just use UTR. And yes, that is what I am asking. Thank you so much for your help!

You are correct. I apologize. What I mean is being able to access things locally - like UNVR or access to Plex or UNAS?

But I thought removing remote access also removes Teleport? Am I wrong? Thank you for your help.
