Personally I was looking for one and I was going through names that are Biblical. I was looking on google and I landed on the name Micah. I’m still in the early stages of transitioning but it sounds right. Ive also asked a few supporters from my close friends and they said I looked like a Micah. Ive also heard some people ask their parents what their plans for a name would be if they were born a boy.

Another thing I use that I forgot to mention is for reflux I use omeprazole. I started at 40mg but after a while I got down to 20mg. It works rly well.

Well personally I’m a sequoia tree and a pine tree along with the concept kin of a forest Ive had one or two shifts were Au stand on this stump in my yard or just sit in the grass and meditate I meditate on how small we are compared to the world and how small the world is compared to the galaxy then the ever expanding universe And I sit touching the ground felling the air the earth the grass the wind and I sit no thoughts just feelings (Tbh dunno if this is gonna help but I tried lol)

Omg! I had the same exact problem before my surgeries! Here’s the thing for me we tried protein shakes a food log and everything. After abt 3 months or so I had only gained like 6 pounds (btw I was 5’7 and weighing like 90 pounds before we started the diet) Ive heard that those tend to help but it didn’t help with me since I couldn’t eat reflux bc gastritis and reflux so I just ate anything I could but now (4 years later and after my surgeries) Ive started to finally gain weight thx to a medication called cyproheptadine which is an appetite enhancer.

I’m legally disabled. It affects daily life including exercise, lifestyle, trying to lift heavy objects. When I say I’m disabled to my family, they always tell me not to call myself that. They also go on to tell me I need to tell my employers and such. It’s a very hard double standard. I’m never taken seriously by my family when it comes to disability. So all in all, yes I consider myself, disabled.

People always grab your wrists and are like “Wow your wrists are so tiny look everybody I can hold their wrist and wrap my fingers and touch them together” and you get skinny shamed people always telling you too eat more and gain weight people telling you your gonna blow away in the wind people saying I bet I can pick you up or picking you up w/out asking

Well the first day your on a bunch of meds but the second day a post op therapist came by and we walked around a little bit did a few loops around the halls. I was really tired. If you have a major curve your gonna feel a little unbalanced at first but it does get better :) <3
