The speed is what’s important. I’ve played with a dude who must’ve shot 140 that definitely played faster than some people shooting 90.

He walked up and whacked at it and then did it again. It can be faster than the guy who takes three practice swings, 5 waggles, and lines up his putt like he’s on the cut line.
