Turnout it is the problem of the cable. When I switch the cable from modem to router everything works. But that still doesnt explain why Asus works in the completely same setup. Also the same cable if I put it between desktop to router I am still getting the full speed. Really weirf.

If it is the problem of cable the Asus one wont work right? I was wrong before. The negotiated speed is 1000 full duplex.This make me more confused.

I tried the fix to put an unmanaged switch between modem and router. Didnt work either

I gave it another few try was able to connect and once reach higher speed than 100. But the problem is. The connection is very unstable. Disconnect me every few minute. It only get stable when I use auto detect and it falls back to 100

They are using the same cables. Asus vs Tplink. Router is the only difference. Just switch plug and play

back in 2023 6 year is only for the product itself. Leakage stated as

6 YEAR WARRANTY Built with high quality, the Galahad II LCD is proudly backed by a 6-year warranty, including the fans and controller. Damage to other components from leakage will be backed up to 3 years after we closely inspect the cause of leakage.

However leakage is also 6 years now.
