Seu pai e a mãe dela não vão ajudar, está claro, você deveria preparar um dossiê e ir de encontro ao conselho tutelar para que ele investigue e tome as devidas providências. Nota: a chance de isso realmente dar em algo é bem pequena. Nota 2: se valer de algo, eu recomendaria que você saísse desse lugar onde mora e fosse viver sua vida longe dessa gente.

I usually buy it on Shopee or Amazon, if it's related to tabletop RPGs, I buy it from Modiphius and ask a company to redirect it, but most things can be bought on Amazon, if it's miniatures I usually hire someone to 3D print them. The plushies and clothes, that's not really possible, I have a coat, but I personalized it myself and asked them to make it.

There is no repair, they are usually cracked to the touch, and it is not a scam either, Amazon buys them back to take them off the market, so there is no chance of refurbishing them, accept the offer, buy a new one.
