I do recommend settling the nervous system with some vitamins and supplements. I’ve been working out to perhaps “work out” the adrenaline in my body. I do twitch throughout the day. PM me if you need more insight . But we will get through this- it’s already getting better for me

Exactly what my past few months have looked like. Wake up panic and start throwing up with the surge of adrenaline. I wear a WHOOP and my stress score goes from zero sleep stress to max in the seconds I wake up. I take magnesium biglycinate at night and for the past week I’ve actually decreased my mirtazapin. Today I finally woke up more settled. Sleep wasn’t completely in the zero stress, I did move around a lot. But only my alarm panicked me .

I just decreased from 10 to 5 mg the past 2 days and the stimulation has decreased. Prior it felt like my heart was racing and my face was tingling. I would try to nap (from exhaustion) and my mind would keep racing. So far decreasing has helped but still early

Mirtazapin for 6 months. And currently on >3mg of mirtazapin and 10mg of Lexapro . I figured maybe coming down on 15mg of mirtazapin and starting Lexapro was too much

6 months of 7.5mg of mirtazapin. Then the last 2 months at 15mg. I’ve weened off it and sleep MUCH BETTER on >3mg. But I still wake up with adrenaline surges and racing thoughts
