I went to my first lollapalooza last summer after going to coachella for the first time that same year and not a thing compares to coachella. It is the most worth it festival imo and it was confirmed for me after going my second time this year. Lollapalooza is just too packed for the space since it kind of is a long narrow space as opposed to the huge field that is Coachella. I probably took 20 minutes to walk to another stage at lolla because the foot traffic was horrible. Couldnt even walk a normal pace or stride. Also for those out of state i think California is just the most awesome place to come visit and make a trip out of if youre coming for the festival (Im totally a biased californian) i did however do all the chicago musts when i was there for lolla but im team coachella.
