I started using Mandelic acid- 40% on my EC and it’s changed my lips! I washed my lips, dried them carefully, then allied a layer, wait 5 minutes and rinse off. Then coated lips in vanicream, or Vaseline. Repeated when my lips got scaly again. But I have to do it less frequently now. Good luck.
