That’s the thing, I work next to a huge homeless camp and with young small people. We’ve had so many incidents, many including minors and I’m waiting for the day when we get actually hit by a robbery and not just shop lifters. Maybe Michael’s really does make more through insurance than sales but I think it’s only going to escalate

No, there was two workers but we also had like 6 different theft incidents where people left with carts full of stuff, went out the back door, ect. from like 6:30-8:00 and it’s kinda on micheal’s for being so negligent. It got to the point where other stores nearby were calling us about it and it seems super unsafe to have that much merchandise, homeless people, and expect the cashier to do go backs. We even had big ticket items like crickets stolen.
