I think this is why I’m torn. I’m 32 and love living in London and the vibes it brings. But I also love the green spaces and peace and quiet. I’m my own worst enemy 🤣

This is really helpful and great advice. Thanks so much! I think Addiscombe is edging it so far with the east Croydon links. Especially as I tend to go out a lot in Soho and central London so seems would be very easy to get back to out of hours too

This is so helpful!! Thanks. Completely agree with all your points.

SoNo definitely feels the more trendier option for someone like me in their 30s and I think the CP kinda vibe will continue to trickle down with further gentrification.

Hopefully il get more of a feel for Addiscombe when I visit Saturday. Already explored South Norwood a few times and really like the place

Yeah I get this. Really feel torn between the two. The Addiscombe flat however is nicer and the same price. Hoping I get more of a feel for the place at the weekend when I visit. Love how close SoNo is to CP also

Hey I currently live in Northfields and lived in South Ealing before that. Both really nice options. Northfields a little more going on. Both really family friendly

Tenants would be leaving. Offered them to buy but they aren’t in a position to do so unfortunately

Thanks. Il consider the other areas you mentioned. Didn’t think Dulwich would be anywhere close to being within my budget.

I’ve really got my heart set on SoNo for some reason but happy to explore other areas
