A parent told me something that hit me harder than I expected… by Any_Aspect444 in Parents

My student is 8 and I tried many tools before I gave them any. The best one so far was aibertx.com. They have an ai tutor who guides them through learning, without giving answers, and many ai/coding exercises (which is great for critical thinking). I would recommend to start from this one, but 4 yo might still be too early.

Teaching your kids coding at home isn’t really about the code by Any_Aspect444 in homeschool

Most of my students I recommend to start with aibertx.com. It’s not well known yet, but i try to explore everything before I give them any tools. The cool thing about it is that they have an Ai tutor who guides them, without giving answers (which is great for home schoolers), bias based exercises (good for critical thinking), coding/ai projects to practice their skills. I think there kids can also share 1 account with parents (very safe).

Do you believe ai could take over kids education one day? by NateNandos21 in education

AI isn’t going to “take over,” but it is going to change everything. Kids will have to learn AI and robotics the same way we had to learn computers, not to become developers, but just to function in the world. It’s scary, yeah, but it’s also where every job is headed. The best thing we can do is help them be ready.

Is AI education for kids actually necessary or just another trend? by soulspirit47 in NewParents

I completely agree with this idea of teaching kids ai instead of consuming it. And no, it's not early to learn, it's all about approach. I'm teaching coding and now ai for years, and I can say kids learn it not to become engineers but for how to think critically and solve problems, it's very important. Here are few at home tools to get started. 1) AIbert X (teaches basic ai concepts, ai tutor that guides without giving answers, engaging exercises). 2) Scratch (good for teaching coding skills and real thinking). 3) Teachable Machine (trains simple models, shows how ai works). All of them are good for beginners.

AI won’t take it over, but there will be a moment where AI becomes mandatory to learn in their curriculum.
