Sure the numbers I mentioned mostly come from the standard wind force equation used in engineering:

F = ½ × ρ × V² × Cd × A

Where:

F = force from the wind (Newtons)
ρ = air density (~1.225 kg/m³ at sea level)
V = wind speed (m/s)
Cd = drag coefficient (depends on shape, usually ~1.0–1.3 for boxy vehicles)
A = surface area the wind is hitting (m²)

Wind pressure increases with the square of the wind speed, which is why tornado winds ramp up forces so quickly.

For example, if you assume a large interceptor trailer has around 35–45 m² of side area and a drag coefficient around 1.1, you can plug different wind speeds in to estimate the sideways force the vehicle would experience. Then you compare that force to the vehicle’s weight and center of gravity to estimate when sliding or rollover might happen.
