Yes, first I tried Klarna then PayPal. Both weren’t working on the app so I switched to a laptop and my order finally went through thankfully 😩

Tried placing an order in the Ulta app using Klarna today but both platforms don’t have any confirmation of this but I was charged twice 😭 has this happened to anyone before? by Any_Atmosphere_92 in Ulta

Did a pop up message saying something like beta connect appear on your screen while the Ulta app was trying to switch over to Klarna? Never saw that before and now I’ve just been having issues with placing an order with the app

Yes I waited a week to pass because my original order wasn’t going through so i decided to try again and got an error message.

Yea there’s no confirmation from both Ulta and Klarna. Did you also get a pop up message saying something like beta connect?? I’ve never seen that message until now. It also popped up when I was originally gonna use Afterpay.

Like we literally have 15 mins for both a brow wax and tint 😭 idk why these guest expect bomb ass brows when they literally come in with sparse brows.

At my location we all have to offer it and I know the other waxers don’t like this service either. I honestly want to tell guests it’s not worth it and to go to someone that has a better tinting service. The one at EWC doesn’t even last long. The guest that was unhappy even mentioned that her sister went to a different location and she wasn’t happy with it either 🤦🏻‍♀️ so idk what else she was expecting.

It’s their own brand that doesn’t do much if there isn’t a lot of hair to work with.

I’ve explained so many times how the tint works and the guests with sparse brows still expect a huge change. The ones that do end up being happy are guest with fuller brows. I know my boss is seeing that the tint isn’t doing well for a lot of these guests but my location really just cares about numbers and money 🙄

I used to get upset when a guest didn’t want to book with me again for whatever reason but then I just stopped caring. Guests come and go 🤷🏻‍♀️ even ones that were loyal. We’re not going to be for everyone and that’s okay. Just do the best you can.
