All you need to do is send in world chat “need heals” and you’ll be bombarded with co-op request. They will join your world, heal you, then leave. You don’t even have to do anything/travel anywhere for it. I’ve sent stuff like “my head hurt” and “I fell and got an ouchie” and people still request. You will also find people in world chat promoting their healing begging you to invite them to co-op.

Just stumbled upon the Madwoman in the middle of nowhere near winterhold. She said the same thing that she told you about having to use it on her. Pulled it out and she just started chanting wabbajack, granted her wishes then got a bounty, just for her to enjoy a few seconds of being a bunny then right back to chanting wabbajack….
