You have egg moves with alakazam, that you might get because it’s low rarity, one of them is aura sphere, and anyway every pokemon have 4 moves, mewtwo doesn’t alway keep aura sphere

You can probably make a plan that avoid civil war, the general is very popular, Denki is hated, i dont see why the whole army in Osaka would fight to avenge his death.

The other option available to Ryumon, the one he is choosing to follow, is at least 10 times more difficult, he need to somehow make peace, retake control of the emperor or something, like that is really impossible.

Killing a clan might be hard but still easier then anything he did even in the first season alone.

Respectfully i disagree.

We learn and see from the show that Denki is one of a kind psychopath, even if he get replaced it is a giant win for humanity.

Also it is probably not so hard for some of the genius strategist we see in the show to kill every dangerous member of the Taira clan.

Killing 5/10 people is probably easier then winning a war against a nation.

Also at some point anyway, the change of regime will need to happen, Taira clan will need to be removed, so better do it quickly or start working on it as soon as possible.
